About Me

 

i’m not a single-specialty kind of coach or a one size fits all type of person. i started studying marine ecology at a liberal arts university and left with a degree in literature and world religion.

while my interests and experiences are vast, i’ve spent the last 15 years focusing on the many facets of “wellbeing”, from working on organic farms, writing about food and sustainable agriculture to studying yoga, spirituality, and the healing arts, and more recently pursuing strength training, sports performance, and partner acrobatics while expanding my knowledge of nutrition, psychology, and behavior change.

i share this so you begin to see that i’m not a “my way or the highway” kind of coach. i bring 100% of my experience to the table when I work with clients so that i can meet you exactly where you are. we collaboratively create a unique, adaptable, and effective protocol to help you make progress towards your goals.

My mission is to catalyze positive change & self-awareness through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

movement, nourishment, recovery, meditation, etc… these tangible practices are conduits to deeper experiences that lead to curiosity, acceptance, kindness, trust, strength, resilience, and happiness. it is the process (and the commitment to it) that brings about transformation—and it is my intention to share these practices with you, accounting for your personal needs, preferences, and circumstances, in order to help you reach your specific goals AND expand your potential as you navigate your continuum of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
