Meet Britta

Britta Kfir Continuum Health Coach

I help people build strength and capacity for the lives they actually live.

Coach, strategist, and guide for building strength, health, and long-term capacity.
I help active people build stronger bodies, clearer habits, and sustainable momentum—without burning out in the process.

My work sits at the intersection of strength training, nutrition & recovery, mindset, environment & spiritual development. After 15+ years in coaching and education, I’ve learned that lasting health isn’t built through extremes. It comes from intelligent training, realistic nutrition, recovery, and consistency over time.
That’s the foundation of everything I teach.

Why Continuum Health

Health is a continuum.

There are ranges for every time, person, phase, and possibility. You don’t need perfection.
You need practices that work in real life, and you need support to put all the pieces in order.

My coaching blends strength, nutrition, mobility, recovery, and behavior change into a system you can actually sustain. This works because it’s adaptive, authentic, and evidence-based.

As a movement educator, I’m passionate about helping people feel more connected: to their bodies, their ideas, and their communities, which, nowadays, is more important than ever.

I am forever grateful for the teachers, the teachings, and the magic that unfold within and around me, and I’m inspired by movement, writing, exploring nature, and the ongoing practice of becoming more fully human.

“I am fascinated by the human experience. We are infinitely complex, intricate, and powerful beings with enormous potential to live out the full expression of all the aspects of life.”
