    • 1 hour fitness & health consultation

    • PLUS Two 1:1 coaching sessions (in-person or remote)

    • Initial training and recovery recommendations

    *If you continue into monthly coaching, $100 is applied toward your first month.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Get personalized support for your nutrition to maximize your results.

    $175 per month—includes:

    • Nutrition assessment

    • Custom habits, macros, and meal plan.

    • Biweekly check-ins

    • Long-term roadmap to help you stay consistent.

    Continuum Coaching

    Comprehensive support for strength, health, and lifestyle performance.

    $250 per month—includes:

    • Movement & nutrition assessment

    • Custom annual nutrition PLUS training roadmap

    • Weekly check-ins and adjustments

    • PLUS daily messaging with your coach

    • 8 training sessions
