In the coaching container, we examine your current systems to understand what’s working and which ones aren’t functioning, independently and interdependently. Then, we focus on the everything upstream from your “problem”, mastering or refining the fundamentals so that you can improve on specific skills and habits and start increasing your capacity.
Movement and nutrition form the backbone to the coaching container because they’re the canaries in the coal mine that alert us to threats that we need to address so we can keep working, playing, growing, and enjoying life to its fullest potential.
