About Me

I am fascinated by the human experience. We are infinitely complex, intricate, and powerful beings with enormous potential to live in full expression in all aspects of life.
Britta Kfir Continuum Health Coach

My professional journey has woven together two parallel paths: one in language and communication, and the other in health and human performance. With a background in journalism and years of experience creating content in the wellness space, I specialize in crafting clear, thoughtful messaging that bridges science and story. At the same time, I’ve spent over 15 years teaching yoga, functional movement, and holistic health practices to individuals and groups, helping clients build resilience, awareness, and strength from the inside out.

Whether I’m refining a brand’s tone, editing an article, or coaching someone through a mobility drill or nutrition shift, my work is grounded in curiosity, clarity, and care. I bring structure to big ideas, ask good questions, and always keep the bigger picture in mind — whether that’s physical well-being or strategic storytelling.

If you’re looking for someone who can think creatively, edit critically, and coach holistically, I’m glad you’re here. — Britta

As a writer, editor, and movement educator, my passion is for helping people feel more connected: to their bodies, their ideas, and their communities.

I started practicing yoga in 2009 after having spent my youth rock climbing, hiking, and surfing. During that time, I was also working as the Editor of a small magazine franchise called Edible San Diego. I invested five years into strengthening their editorial department, creating inspirational features, and working directly with San Diego’s best chefs and farmers. I got to produce media shoots, create original content, and dig my hands in the soil at the forefront of the ‘farm to table’ movement.

After an immersive study under Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev in 2009 and after finishing multiple teacher trainings between 2010-2013, I taught internationally for Yoga Journal and Wanderlust, presenting alongside renowned teachers like Shiva Rea, Annie Carpenter, Saul David Raye, Janet Stone, Sianna Sherman, Seane Corne, Jason Nemer, and Eoin Finn.

My current coaching is as much about teaching information and providing systems, refinement, and accountability as it is about holding space for people to discover, develop discernment, and balance their inherent skills and qualities.

I am forever grateful for the teachers, the teachings, and the magic that unfolds within and around me, and I stay dedicated to discovering the wonderful mysteries and mastery of being human.
