Initial Consultation

  • 50-minute personal consultation and health history review.

    1. Your history matters. It influences where you start and which direction you take along your health journey. We’ll start by talking about what you value, your unique goals, and why they’re important to you.

    2. Our vibe matters. This call gives us a chance to see if we’re a good fit and discuss what we both should expect from each other during the coaching process

What Coaching Entails:

Tailored Coaching Program

  • Weekly Check-In Calls to identify progress and make necessary adjustments.

    • Comprehensive biometrics and measurements.

    • Macro tracking & dietary recommendations + habits to improve consistency.

    • Accountability on agreed habits/training programs and daily communication with me via text.

  • Quarterly Review Sessions to discuss your progress and make adjustments, as needed (intensity, recovery, obstacles, changes).

    • Analyze your habit data and get feedback on how to improve.

    • Understand how you have changed, ask questions, reaffirm or establish new goals.

My Method

I do not simply prescribe macros or hand out meal templates. As a coach, I’m invested in helping you learn and apply your knowledge into skills that translate into change. Without change, you’ll never achieve a future state.

Your time & your results matter. If you’re serious about wanting to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your health, the 1-3 hrs per week that you spend in the gym are not going to help you get as far as combining that effort with nutrition, accountability, and coaching

Instead, I educate you on all the pillars of health, including the food you eat, how you move your body, your stress inputs and how you respond to them, how and when you sleep, your physical and emotional environments, and your mindset. We’ll identify any obstacles, patterns, or gaps in your abilities and, from this foundation, start the process of practicing, learning, growing, and achieving your goals!
