Learn powerful and effective techniques to simplify challenging poses like headstand, forearm stand, and handstand. Britta will guide you through preparatory postures and core drills to activate the right muscles, align the bones, integrate the brain and help get you off your feet and onto your hands! 

This workshop is for all levels, all bodies. Some yoga experience recommended, but not required.
